The prospective owners of the Ford Renewable Energy Park are looking for tenants for its facility that will undergo substantial redevelopment into a world-class manufacturing, office, warehouse, and research and development center.  It will be tenant ready when occupancy is offered.  This will include critical mass of green technology, R&D, testing, manufacturing, employee recruitment, key person office space,

We are looking for tenants that have the following profile:

Active in the expanded renewable energy space, including smart grid, inverter, transformer, metering, energy management systems, solar, wind, storage, bio mass, bio diesel, hybrid auto parts manufacturing, climate measuring and control, LED and other energy savings technologies,

Priority will be given to technologies that are commercially available, or near commercial launch, upgrades of existing technology, including next generation, technologies that can integrate into efficient, smart gird, plug and play mode, with a view toward creating green energy production, distribution, and energy saving products.

Potential applicants should respond by email outlining the basics of how you would use space in the facility, what kind of manufacturing, R&D, clear room, office, storage, distribution needed, including rough space size and heights, water, sewer, electricity and other utility services needed, dock access, and rail access if needed, etc.
